fun fact: Take note of the bottle's top capsule foil: its color (blue, grey, red) will indicate the color of slate the grapes are grown on. These vines are grown on red slate.

Clos des Mailles Chenin Blanc 2021
fun fact: I had an incredible visit to see Pierre Menard earlier this year and even danced in these special Chenin vines.

-Olek Bondonio, Piedmont, Italy
Barbaresco Starderi 2021
Nebbiolo from Starderi, the northernmost commune of Neive: a small parcel of 40 year-old vines Olek is lucky enough to rent from an older couple. Lovely to drink now and will evolve beautifully with a decade or more of bottle age.
fun facts: Olek's winery sits at the top of the Roncagliette cru, one of Barbaresco’s top sites. Made famous by Olek’s next door neighbor, Angelo Gaja. Charlie and I visited Olek in May of 2024 and are big fans<3

AND also now on tap the Averbode Abbey Ale, a Belgian blonde 7.5% ABV triple ale, known for its dry-hopping and secondary fermentation in bottle. The beer features a golden color, a fine head, and a combination of sweet malt and hoppy flavors, with a bitter aftertaste. Averbode Abbey has a long history of brewing, dating back to the 14th century. It’s soooo good 😋🤤
